Our reasearch activity focuses on solid state properties of a broad range of materials including bulk crystals, nanostructures, surfaces, and disordered systems. We study also strongly correlated systems and topological phases. Our present studies include:

  • Lattice dynamics in metals and nanostructures of rare earths (Eu,Sm,Nd,Dy)
  • Structural and dynamical properties of FePt nanoparticles
